I understand that having been given access to Harvest Bible Chapel Pittsburgh North’s Relationship Management System, RockRMS, and computer resources, I will be trusted to handle information that is sensitive and confidential. I understand that disclosure of such information could be damaging to Harvest Bible Chapel Pittsburgh North and/or other parties involved. As such, I agree to keep private all names and information to which I have access. Further, I agree to not use my access to the Relationship Management System for my own personal use.

I understand that my user name, password, and any other electronic access credentials have been assigned to me exclusively for my use. In addition, I understand that supplying my credentials to another party constitutes a security risk to myself, Harvest Bible Chapel Pittsburgh North, its computer network, and its employees.
As such, I agree to not share my user name, password or any other access credentials with anyone, including my spouse or any other family member.

I agree that Harvest Bible Chapel Pittsburgh North shall retain ownership of any access credential and resources that are assigned to me.

I agree that the Harvest Bible Chapel Pittsburgh North IT Team reserves the right to monitor usage of all Harvest Bible Chapel Pittsburgh North owned computer and tablet activity, using any methods available to do so.

Computers, equipment and/or any other devices belonging to the Church are not to be used to view, transmit, retrieve, or store any communications or images of a defamatory, discriminatory, harassing or pornographic nature.

I understand that I am expected to comply with the conditions set forth in the above agreements. I also understand that violating any agreement stated above can result in the revocation of access privileges.
